Team members of the winning team (Champion) may present an authorization to receive (notarized) this should include the following
o Team Member who will receive the cash prize
o Affixed signature of all the team members
o Valid IDs of each member of thine winning teams (champions, 1st place and 2nd place) must be presented upon claiming of prizes
o Notarized copy - Prepare at least 2 valid Photo ID for identity verification purposes. (Valid IDs include any Government Issued ID, Company ID, or School ID)

REGISTRATION
- Open to all Clans.

No Ghosting, Dummy Accounts and Dummy Clans
○ if caught, the user’s main account will be banned permanently. - Each team must consist of 5 members and 1 substitute player.
- Each Clan must have an official Clan logo in Game.

ELIGIBILITY
- No Rank Limit
- All participants of a team must be members of the same clan.
- Only 1 team can represent a clan in the tournament.
- Qualifiers and Open tournaments are based on a first come first serve basis, a successful online registration does not guarantee participation in the tournament
MECHANICS
- Player Check-in for Attendance purposes.
- No Item/Weapon Restriction
- All matches will be recorded by the tournament officials for documentation purposes
- All players will be using their personal SF2 accounts.
- Participating Team is composed of 5-Man Team and 1 Substitute Player
- Third Party Voice Chats like Raid call, Discord, etc. are allowed
- Monthly Champions (FEB – MAR) will compete to be the first Supremacy Online Clan Tournament Champion.
- Weekly Champions can longer participate in the next qualifying stage of the Monthly Tournament.
- Chief Marshall’s decision is final and binding.
- After the match Tournament Officials shall inform players about their next scheduled match as soon as possible
- All concerns/suspicions regarding the match must be reported to the Tournament Official on the spot or 30 minutes right after the end of the match

- A team will only be allowed to change their team line-up at the start of every match, not during the match.

TEAM and MAP PICK/FIRST PICK PHASE:
- Tournament officials (GMs) will be in-charge of creating the room.
- Captain vs Captain 1v1 Match Knife only
- The winner will get to choose between Map pick or Side pick.
- The other team will get the remaining choice.
- If applicable, losing team of the first game will decide between Map Pick and First Pick.
CONDUCT AND ILLEGAL ACTIONS
- Players are expected to report to the GM 15 minutes before their match.

If a team’s full roster isn’t present at match time after:
o 5 minutes – Automatic map/first pick to opposing team
o 15 minutes – Free bye for game 1 to opposing team
o 30 minutes – Team gets disqualified - Teams are to take note that there will be no breaks during a match and/or after a game. Teams are advised to fully utilize down times in between rounds to prepare for the next match.

Usage of any external programs to gain advantage will result in 1 winning point for the opposing team.
o The Player will be banned automatically and the team will be disqualified. -
Usage of offensive words or challenging GMs authority
o A maximum of 2 warnings will be given, after the 2nd warning; Free 1 win to the opposing team. - Illegal or improper movement, not normally made by using the map is not allowed
- If a team deliberately leaves a match before it ends, that game will be forfeited and the winning point awarded to the opposing team
- Sniper Limit is 1 only. First offense will result to a losing point on the offending party. Second Offense will result in the disqualification of the whole team. Any complaints rose after the 30-minute mark will not be entertained.

For Game Settings, we will use Clan Match since this is a Clan vs Clan tournament. The room will be password protected. Only the members of the 2 competing teams will be notified with the password.
LATENCY/DISCONNECTION
• Match will go on even:
o If one player encounters latency issues
o If the player does not connect within the given time
o If a player disconnects after the first kill has been made, the round has to be finished and the team can request a pause so the disconnected player can rejoin the game. The waiting time for the disconnected player is 10 minutes
• Match will be restarted or hold if depends on the Marshall:
o If a player disconnects before the first kill has been made in the first round
o If two or more players encounter latency issues per team
